Meet Bill Scott

Bill's good with his meat. No seriously. He grills, smokes and roasts all forms of cow, pig, chicken, turkey, buffalo, moose and deer. He'll do an occasional fish, But only in the summer, when he can thoroughly wash down the grill for multiple days after.
He spends all day with the grapes, so when he gets home, he likes to to focus on how best to use the wine during cooking, which may sound sacrilige to some, but if you aren't willing to drink it, why on earth would you cook with it? As a hint - mikael's favorite wine makes the best rib slow cooking juice. its made a few texas relatives feel right at home.
